Finish frontend passport UI

Problem or Use Case

Frontend passport UI needs to be finished so we can move on to other features

Proposed Solution

Remove unnecessary prompt pop ups
Add hub DID fields to UI for create and update user profile dialogs
Break out create and update user profile dialogs into Identity and Preferences sections
Make sure all fields have a UI element
Allow quick switching between user profiles once logged in
